Mama Circles

Mama Circles is group coaching for mothers. Once a month, we come together to talk honestly, to feel safe enough to say the things we usually keep to ourselves, and to be reminded that none of us is doing this alone.

It's a place to feel seen in the hard parts of motherhood, not only the highlight-reel ones. To be encouraged, supported, and held by a community of women who truly understand. This is where the magic happens: in the honesty, the connection, and the quiet relief of realising you were never meant to carry it all by yourself.

Upcoming Circle

Season of Self

As the year begins to turn, this circle is an invitation to come home to yourself. We'll slow down together, notice what you've been quietly carrying, and make room for what you actually need this season. Now is the time to give yourself a quiet reset as everyone else heads back to routine.

Wed, 30 Sept  •  8:30–10:30pm  •  Dubai  •  AED 195

This is for you if

You'll walk away

  • You love your children and still miss the woman you were before

  • You've been carrying a lot, quietly, with nowhere to set it down

  • You want to speak honestly about the hard parts of motherhood, without judgment

  • You're craving real connection with women who genuinely understand

  • You're ready to put yourself back on the list, even for a couple of hours

  • Lighter, having said the things you usually keep to yourself

  • Seen and understood, not only as a mum, but as you

  • Held and encouraged by a community of women who get it

  • With gentle, doable shifts for the season you're in

  • Reminded that you were never meant to do this alone

What mamas say

“I left the Mama Circle feeling so much calmer and lighter than when I walked in. It reminded me to slow down and refocus on my own wellbeing - something every mom deserves to experience.”

“I met Tinia right after I gave birth to my son, and she's been a special part of my motherhood ever since. Her Mama Circles have always been a place where I felt supported, understood, and never alone.”
