I’m a certified mat & reformer Pilates teacher from Bodyhack, an ITTAP-accredited training program that deepened my understanding of the human body, movement mechanics, and the incredible power of mindful exercise. BodyHack's reputation for comprehensive and science-backed training has equipped me with the skills to teach you Pilates with precision, passion, and true expertise. As an IIN Holistic Health Coach and with specialized knowledge from Nicole Jardim's Women's Hormonal Health Course, I bring a truly unique and integrated approach to your well-being.
