
Wellness program
My Wellness program is a personalized coaching experience that will help you manage stress, achieve optimal health & cultivate happiness over the course of three months. It invites you to commit to your health & well-being and offers a sense of space, reflection & clarity, thanks to increased positive transformation. My aim is to help you understand the root causes instead of “fixing” the symptoms, in a safe and judgement-free environment. With one-on-one support, you'll have the opportunity to make meaningful progress towards your wellness goals in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Online Pilates Mat
Move your body with intention—online or in person. I'm a certified Pilates teacher (ITTAP by Body Hack) offering private 1:1 mat Pilates sessions both online and in-person, as well as group classes at The Achiever Studio. Online sessions and group classes can be booked directly on my site, while in-person 1:1 sessions can be arranged by contacting me. Each class is designed to help you build strength, improve mobility, and reconnect with your body in a mindful, empowering way.
Mama Circles
My Mama Circle is a group coaching program for mothers, designed to support women in their journey of self-discovery, self-care, and self-love, all while balancing the responsibilities of motherhood.
As mothers, we often go through similar experiences and emotions, yet we may not always feel comfortable expressing them due to feelings of shame or guilt. My program is designed to create a non-judgmental environment where you can feel heard and supported, while also hearing from other moms who may be going through similar challenges. By providing a safe space for open and honest discussion, my program helps to break down barriers and build a community of understanding and compassion. As a result, you will be able to better care for yourself in a profound and intentional way. Find your way back to the woman you miss while remaining the mom you’ve also grown to love.
Elevate
Elevate is a monthly women’s circle designed to strengthen your body, uplift your mind, and connect you with a community of like-hearted women. It’s more than a class — it’s a full-circle experience of movement, mindfulness, and meaningful connection.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Grounding & Breathwork (10 minutes) – Arrive fully, let go of the day, and reconnect with yourself through mindful breathing and presence.
Pilates Practice (50 minutes) – A dynamic mat class led by Tinia, certified Pilates teacher, where you’ll build strength, improve posture, and move with flow and intention.
Reflection & Connection (60 minutes) – Guided reflection, journaling prompts, and open sharing on a monthly theme to nurture your inner growth and create space for empowerment.
