Cancellation Policy

Booking and payment Sessions are booked and paid in advance to secure your place. All prices are in AED. Cancelling or rescheduling Life happens, and I ask for a little notice in return. Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your session. When you do, the amount you paid is kept as a credit toward a future session. I don't offer cash refunds. Cancellations, reschedules, or missed sessions within 24 hours can't be credited, as your spot was already being held for you. Credit validity Credits can be used within 3 months of your original booking. Arriving on time Please arrive a few minutes early so we can begin promptly. If you're running late, we'll still finish at the scheduled time out of respect for everyone's day. Your health If you're pregnant, recovering from an injury, or managing any health condition, please tell me before we begin so I can adapt the work for you. You move at your own pace, and if you're ever unsure, please check with your doctor first. Privacy and respect in group settings Our circles and group classes run on trust. What's shared in the room stays in the room. Please don't repeat, screenshot, or record anyone's words or story, and meet each other with kindness and full attention. Phones on silent, presence on. Online sessions For online bookings, you'll get your link before we begin. Please set up somewhere quiet with room to move. If I ever need to cancel On the rare occasion I have to cancel a session, you'll always be offered a new time or a full credit.
